More Pretty Stuff

I know boring title. Oh, well. Here's my progress on Hidcote:

I really have finished Chart 7 this time. So only 8, 9, and 10 left, but they are shorter charts (of course, the rows are much longer by this point).

And I'm almost to the toe of the first sock.

Like Hidcote, it's near to impossible to get an accurate example of the colors in this sock. The green has an overall hint of blue and the purple is more on the red side. Overall, it's just a really cool sock. And I love the yarn; so very soft to work with.

Have a good weekend everyone!

the shawl is just amazing- and the color is really something else.

I also have problems with getting the colors to come out true through my digital camera- most of the things I photograph come out darker then they actually are.

The sock is awesome. I love the way the colors move on the leg. You couldn't have planned that if you'd tried, right? ;-)

And Hidcote... well. Beautiful.

Very pretty. Is the sock Baby Cable Rib from Knitting Sensational Socks?

I finished my red feather and fan shawl last night! Yay! Too much crocheted chain (loops) to finish it off. Oy. And now I must block it.

But an accurate title!

I'm loving the progress on your shawl -- it's beautiful!

And I like the sock, and the moiré effect on the leg -- wonder if the other one will cooperate similarly?
