Sad
I just wanted to say how incredibly saddened I was to hear about Steve Irwin's death yesterday. I don't like snakes, but I always enjoyed watching him play with deadly snakes very matter-of-factly. After messing with all those deadly things, for him to be killed by something normally not lethal. I guess he was killed doing what he loved. I can't help being sad about him and for his family.

I know what you mean. I wasn't necessarily a fan, but he did bring a love of outdoors to those who would never see such exotic places and animals.
My mom and Dad and I loved his show-- my mom often said he was like a great big kid- he had so much enthusiasm and love for the animals, and it was infectious. He will be sorely missed.
Oh I'm a big fan of his and am really shocked!! I'm soooooo sad. I feel bad for his wife and two kids.
